Privacy Policy

• Account information: your name, email address, and authentication and account information.
• Product content: opportunity briefs, client names you enter, discovery answers, proposal inputs, generated proposals, and feedback.
• Service records: proposal-sharing configuration, plan and credit usage, relevant timestamps, and limited technical records needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

We use this information to provide and operate PropMint, authenticate accounts, understand opportunity context, generate proposals, let you store and manage proposals, provide optional sharing, manage free usage and credits, respond to support requests, maintain reliability and security, and comply with applicable law.

Relevant opportunity, discovery, and proposal context is sent to OpenAI's API for AI processing. OpenAI states that it does not use API data to train or improve its models by default unless the API customer explicitly opts in to data sharing. OpenAI may retain API data in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days by default, subject to applicable exceptions and the API features and configuration being used. Data handling and retention can vary by API feature and configuration and remain subject to OpenAI's current terms and data controls.

PropMint does not use the contents of users' opportunities, discovery responses, or proposals to train PropMint's own AI models.

PropMint uses Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, OpenAI for AI processing, and hosting and infrastructure providers such as Vercel. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services, subject to their applicable terms and data practices.

PropMint uses authentication and session technologies, including cookies or similar mechanisms, to keep you signed in and operate the service. We do not currently use advertising-tracking cookies.

You may enter information about clients or business opportunities. You are responsible for having the rights and authority needed to provide that information. Only provide client or third-party information that you are permitted to process through services such as PropMint and its AI providers. Do not enter unnecessary highly sensitive information, including passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical or health information, biometric information, or other highly sensitive personal information unrelated to preparing a proposal.

Proposal sharing is optional. If you create or share a public proposal link, anyone with the valid link can view the proposal without signing in. You are responsible for deciding what proposal content is appropriate to share.

PropMint retains information for as long as reasonably needed to provide and operate the service and for legitimate operational or legal purposes. Individual proposals can be deleted through the product where supported. There is currently no self-service account deletion flow.

You may request account or data deletion by contacting hello@propmint.ai. Some information may be retained where reasonably required for legitimate operational, security, or legal reasons. Deletion may not be immediate across every backup or service provider system.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information. PropMint does not currently provide automated access or export tools for privacy requests. Contact hello@propmint.ai to make a privacy request.

PropMint is intended for users aged 18 or older.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page when we make changes.
