Creating an opportunity
From the dashboard, choose New opportunity and describe the client need in plain language. PropMint will classify the brief before asking follow-up questions.
Answering discovery questions
Answer one question at a time. Use Other when none of the options fit, or Skip / Not sure yet when you do not have the detail yet.
Generating a proposal
After Review, generate your first draft. Free access currently includes one proposal-generation credit.
Editing a proposal
Open the proposal and choose Edit to refine sections manually. Save when you are ready.
Exporting PDF
Generated proposals can be exported as PDF from the proposal actions panel or dashboard overflow menu.
Sharing a proposal
Use Share to create a read-only public link for your client. You can manage sharing from the proposal viewer.
Free access and credits
Your plan and remaining credits appear in the app header. Free access currently includes one proposal-generation credit. Additional paid plans are coming soon.
Common issues
If generation fails, your opportunity details are kept so you can try again. If an account-verification link fails or expires, contact support at hello@propmint.ai.
